Allen Brooks, December 2025 Employee Spotlight - Site Coordinator

From Allen’s very first day on his campus, he has been super intentional not only about connecting with students and families, but also about making sure anything CIS-related has been his responsibility. In just two months, he has been able to form a partnership with Bojangles for student job placement, provide Thanksgiving food dinners for dozens of families, help facilitate mobile markets, as well as treat his young men’s mentor group to a secret bowling party with Josh Okogie from the Houston Rockets!

Allen has displayed true leadership by providing intentional services that have truly impacted the students and families around him. Congratulations to Mr. Allen Brooks for being this month’s Site Coordinator of the Month!!
