Allison Beck, November 2025 Employee Spotlight - Site Coordinator

I would like to shine the spotlight on Mrs. Allison Beck. Mrs. Beck has been with Communities in schools for 5 years, and within those 5 years she has shown hard work and dedication to CIS, the students, and families she serves. No matter what challenges
or obstacles she may face, she has never complained, she always shows up with a cheerful spirit, and ready to work!

Mrs. Beck is not the person to always toot her own horn or look for recognition for all the things that she does, even though I would like her to, she works really hard and would give whatever she has to make sure her students are okay. She always says to me, “Tasha I’ll do whatever you ask me to do” or she would say “I may not be able to volunteer the whole time, but I’ll be there”. To me, it gets no better than this!

Mrs. Beck deserves to be recognized for the love and compassion she expresses, to her campus, her students, and their families. Don’t get me wrong, she will always let you know when something is not right, but she does it with love, Allison, I am honored to have you on my team and would like to thank you for all that you do!!
